California Firefighters Summer Olympics

Basketball

DIVISIONS:

Division I: Any team may enter. All teams from departments with 500 or more uniformed personnel must enter this division.
Division II:
Only teams from a single department with a uniformed force of less than 500.
Division III:
Teams consisting of members 39 years of age or older. Combination teams will be subject to review by the CFAA. May include combo teams of no more than 2 departments.

12 player maximum roster

For individuals interested in playing Basketball, refer to the Player Pool information.


RULES: Pool play with SINGLE elimination tournament round rules using NCAA rules.
Individuals ( players without a team) interested in playing basketball, refer to the Player Pool Information
 DATES:

Tuesday, July 15– Friday, July 18


TIMES:

8 AM - 4 PM


 CHECK-IN

Each competitor MUST check-in individually for the Olympics at the HOST HOTEL.

First time competitors must bring Fire Department I.D. to check-in and will be issued an Olympic I.D. card.

Past competitors must bring their Olympic I.D. card or Dept. I.D. to check-in.
