*   2013-14 USBC Winter Book Average (submit your USBC ID #).
*   2013-14 USBC Summer Book Average (submit your USBC ID#).
*   California Firefighter’s Olympic Average
*   Rated by Tournament Committee
A USBC Book Average is a bowler’s highest league average, provided that 21 games are bowled in that league.
The California Firefighter’s Olympics Average is the average of a bowler’s last 2 appearances in the Olympics.
In steps 1, 2 and 3, a bowler’s entering average cannot be more than 10 pins below his/her existing California Firefighter’s Olympics Average on record. If so, the Tournament Committee will combine both averages to determine the participant’s entering average.
Example:
*   2014-15 USBC Winter Book Average = 170
*   California Firefighter’s Olympic Average 190
*   Entering Average = (170 + 190)/2 = 180
